BEST 650$ PC BUILD 2017
The major event in the PC market this year was the release of AMD's Ryzen line of processors. This year the PC market is very different. Last year if you wanted a budget PC you would be buying a dual core i3 processor but know you buy either the Pentium G4560 or AMD Ryzen 1200 processor. So, due to this change in PC market I decided to make a Budget PC guide for 2017.
